Danielle is a dedicated leadership consultant and coach with over 25 years of management experience - 16 years in Call Center Operations and 9 years in Retail.
My passion for leadership comes from years of experience working with people, developing teams, and seeing how powerful great leadership can be. I believe leadership is not simply about authority—it is about influence, example, and genuine care for the people you lead.
Throughout my career, I have focused on building strong relationships, encouraging others to grow, and helping teams perform at their highest potential. I believe that when leaders truly know their people, invest in their development, and lead with integrity, they create workplaces where individuals feel supported and motivated to succeed.
